EXCHANGE FOR CLOTHING
To be eligible for an exchange, the product should be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing.
Also, No exchange on discounted products.
Exchange possible within 24 hours with available stock item only. But for exchange u need to intimate us within 24 hours post receiving the product.
Exchange is only facilitated once.
Shipping cost of exchange to be borne by client.
Exchanges are accepted by notifying us within 48 hours (through message +91 98108 95714 or mail us at contact@valientecaps.com) of receiving the order.
The exchanged cap will be sent only when the original cap is received.

All product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pickups.
Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/ written on your returns parcel with Valiente Caps order #__, please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Please mention your name address number and email id on the parcel and also mention the garment you need in exchange
